NFL Wild Card Live Updates: Texans vs. Bengals; Packers vs. Vikings Take Place On Day 1 2013 Playoffs

Texans dominating every statistical category except the one that counts. A few plays are Dalton threw an ill-advised deep pass, Schaub does him one worse with an ill-advised pass in the flat.

Leon Hall jumps flat route of James Casey coming out of the backfield and that's going to the house! Pick-6!

And the Texans take over again. It's all Texans early.

Dalton goes deep on third and long, throwing into double coverage. It looked to be intercepted but was called incomplete. That was odd. Totally seemed a pick. Did he not make a football move? Could've been an interception and then a fumble...

Bengals' screen pass is blow up and it's 3rd and loooong.

Gresham tackled by Manning at the edge and they battle it out over a 1-yard gain.

Adam Jones comes through with a nice return from out of the end zone for 34 yards to Cincinnati's 28-yard line.

Another long drive, another field goal for Houston. Cincinnati should feel good to be only down 6. That drive was 12 plays, 60 yards and it took 7:05.

Texans can't convert on 3rd and 8. Shayne Graham has to kick another field goal, this time from 27 yards out. 6-0 HOUSTON.

First quarter time of possession: Houston - 11:21, Cincinnati - 3:39.

Texans finally run it on 3rd and short, but instead of giving it to Foster they put him in motion and lined him up on Schaub's right. Then they ran a quick snap and Schaub rushed up the middle for a few yards. That's the end of the first quarter. Texans have a 3-0 lead and first down coming up in the red zone.

Schaub throws his first incompletion of this drive but the Bengals bail him out with defensive pass interference. Can't give Houston second chances like that.

Schaub fakes out the defense beautifully on the play-action and hits Andre Johnson on his left for a 19-yard gain.

Texans throw on 3rd and short again and this time Schaub finds Kevin Walter on a crossing route and they barely pick up the first down.

Texans start by their own 30after the punt and Schaub hits Daniels on the left for a 6-yard gain.

The pressure gets to Dalton on 3rd and long. JJ Watt brought him down for the 9-yard sack.

Dalton looked very poised in the pocket. He doesn't look like he's letting the nerves get to him. Just scrambled away from pressure and was nearly sacked but turned it into a 3-yard run down the right sideline. But his screen pass on 2nd down to Green-Ellis was snuffed out and stopped for a big loss... 3rd and 13 coming up.

The Law Firm gets the carry on first down, runs right and breaks free on the outside with the help of some amazing blocking and picked up 29 yards on the play. Great way to start the Bengals' next drive.

That was a 9-play, 65-yard drive that took 4:19. Too bad they got 3 instead of 6.

And the first points of the NFL playoffs come from Shayne Graham with a 48-yard field goal. 3-0 TEXANS.

Not sure why the Texans didn't give it to Foster on 3rd and short. Instead Schaub threw a pass to Daniels on his left but the tight end couldn't reel it in. The ball was thrown a little too far ahead of him but he still got his hands on it. Probably should have caught it. But still why not give it to Foster on 3rd and short?

After a 4-yard run by Foster, they ran a reverse to Keshawn Martin to ran left for 16 yards. Then Foster caught a screen pass on the right side and tight-roped the sideline for a gain of 8. Ball is at Cincinnati's 28.

After a 2-yard run on first down, Schaub hit Owen Daniels down the middle for a 17-yard gain. First big play of the game. That gives Houston some breathing room.

Arian Foster takes the carry on first down and runs left, burst through a hole and picked up another 17 yards.

Just like that, the Texans are marching.
