The Deseret News is making a return to the Utah high school sports championship streaming scene. Both the 4A and 5A baseball and boys soccer championships will be decided this week.
Tuesday brings the UHSAA 4A and 5A boys soccer semifinals. Bingham locked up its slot in Thursday's 5A title game, and Lehi scored the upset of the year, defeating Brighton in a penalty kick shootout, 4-3. In 4A, Orem got what it needed to edge East out of the tournament, and Bountiful downed Murray 5-4 in a 7-round penalty kick shootout.
Baseball continues later this week, with the 4A and 5A semifinals and championships to be streamed live from Brent Brown stadium in Orem, while the 4A and 5A championship soccer matches will be streamed on Thursday from Rio Tinto Stadium.
